RETURNS

Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. Prior to shipment, customer must contact Melissa Masse, Inc. for a return authorization. All clothing must have the original tags still attached to the garment in order for a return to be valid and to receive a store credit.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit:

Shawls/Scarves/Wraps
Hats/Gloves
Handbags
Sale Items

Shipping charges apply for all exchanges and returns. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged at the MASSE store in Los Angeles, or by contacting us through email or calling (323) 653-2941.
